Professional Experience:  

Coming from an Accounting background, I'm analytical in nature.  I am very comfortable with the numbers, which translates into helping you make more educated decisions.  Requests from my clients have caused me to embark on customized analysis which help my clients view their special needs in different angles, helping them to get better answers to their specific real estate objectives.

I've lived in the Tri-Cities since 1989, I've worked on the Hanford Site as an accountant for 12 years, and I've owned rental properties here since 1991.  I know the Tri-Cities, most of its neighborhoods, and the type of exceptional people who live here.

I constantly work on improving my Realtor skills through continuing education and goal setting.  I'm currently working on my 2006 goals which includes attaining my brokers license, my ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and my e-Pro designation (Real Estate through my web page, and electronic technology).
